As a thank you for participating, each month through December we are giving away one $50 bill credit to members enrolled in paperless billing and one $50 bill credit to members enrolled in Auto Pay with Bank Account. Members enrolled in both programs will have two chances to win each month.
Winners will be notified and announced in Ohio Cooperative Living magazine.
For the last several years, members have experienced issues with the timely delivery of monthly bills and payments. Paperless billing and Auto Pay avoid the stress of waiting on the mail and submitting a payment on time — they happen automatically each month.
Paperless billing avoids the hassle of paper bills and helps the cooperative save money by eliminating printing and mailing costs. In 2020, members enrolled in paperless billing saved the cooperative $29,874! With paperless billing, your bill is delivered to your email inbox on the day it’s calculated.
To sign up for paperless billing:
From your web browser-
Log in to your SmartHub account and click on “My Profile” and “Update My Paperless Settings.” Then, toggle the “Paperless” setting to ON on the right side of the page.
From your app-
Log in to your SmartHub account and click on “More" and “Settings.” Then, toggle the “Paperless” setting to ON.
Auto Pay with Bank Account
Auto Pay with Bank Account avoids the stress of missing a payment or having a late charge. You will continue to receive a bill so you can review all charges and information. Since your payment is deducted from your checking or savings account, you will never have to remember to update a new card number or expiration date. The payment is automatically taken out of your account on the due date stated on the bill each month. You can terminate at any time with 10-days advance notice.
To sign up for Auto Pay with Bank Account, log in to SmartHub and click on “Billing & Payments” and “Auto Pay Program.” On the right side of the page, select “Sign Up For Auto Pay” and then “Bank Account.” Follow the instructions and continue paying your bill until your statement reads “Automatic Payment – DO NOT PAY!”
