Districts realign for more equitable representation

The board of trustees has approved a redistricting initiative to more equally spread the number of members across each district in our territory. Per our code of regulations, the board of trustees may redistrict to ensure equitable distribution of members in geographic areas served by the cooperative.

Townships with new districts:

• Colerain and Crosby townships are moving from District 9 to District 8
• Israel Township is moving from District 1 to District 3
• Morgan Township is moving from District 8 to District 6
• Reily Township is moving from District 6 to District 1. 

This change will take effect April 24, 2026, following our annual meeting. The change impacts our 2026 election and the townships up for election.
