Be notified how and when you want
Sign up to receive email, text, and/or voice notifications for Billing, Usage, Service and other related reasons via your SmartHub account. Notifications can be sent to your cell phone, tablet or computer.

On the SmartHub mobile app:
To Manage Contacts:
- Under more at the bottom, click on Settings and Contact Methods.
- Add your phone number.
- Click "Receive Text Messages."
- Accept Terms & Conditions.
- Complete verification.
To Manage Notifications:
- Under more at the bottom, click on Settings and Manage Notifications.
- Select the category and notifications you would like to add/remove.
- Select the contacts you would like to add/remove for each notification.
- Save any changes.
On a computer: butlerrural.smarthub.coop
To Manage Contacts:
- Under the Settings tab click Contact Methods.
- Add Email or Add Phone.
- Check the Action Pen box.
- Check Yes to "Receive Text Messages" box.
- Save.
- Agree to Terms & Conditions.
- Complete verification.
To Manage Notifications:
- Under the Settings tab click Manage Notifications.
- Select the category dropdown you would like to add/remove.
- Select the Add Email or Add Phone to add/remove for each notification.
- Save any changes.
