How To Report Power Outages

Outage? Report it in seconds. 
1. Log in to SmartHub using the mobile app or online
2. Click the Report Power Outage button under Contact Us
3. Follow the prompts

Report Outages Via Text
Text OUT to 855-940-3867. You must have a SmartHub account to use this feature and your cell phone number must be listed as a contact in SmartHub. To do so, sign into your SmartHub account and select Settings > Contact Methods > Add Phone. It will take up to 48 hours for a new phone number to be recognized by our outage notification system.
